So disappointed - my manicure is so bad - the skin they scraped off my fingers, they didn’t wipe off and it is now stuck under the shellac polish making it bumpy. They were playing extremely loud d’n’b music which was quite jarring, the man doing my nails had very dirty hands and slumped in his chair when I pointed out he had smudged one of my fingers. They did not add cuticle oil or moisturiser and he even tried to do the polish without a manicure! They then charged me an extra £10 for removal!

I've been going to USA star nails for years and have been super disappointed with my experience the past few times. Service was terrible - my technician was rude to me throughout and I felt extremely uncomfortable and disappointed. She refused to do my nails the way I had asked - length and colour.
Then I had paid via treatwell and had email confirmation of this which I showed, but the manager refused to let me leave the salon despite reviewing my payment confirmation.
