Unfortunately caused my naim to be infected and have since had to have whole nail removed and multiple courses of antibiotics. Used to be so good! Such a shame

I used to come here every two weeks for 1.5 years and had the worst experience I have ever had today. The staff had a young man do my pedicure and he butchered my feet - he didn’t even know what he was doing! I complained to the very rude manager (short ginger hair) who knows me, yet acted as if I was just a randomer. She told me to sit and wait so she could sort it. I waited 20 minutes and just walked out. There’s a salon 10 min walk away that’s 100 times better. They’ve lost me as a customer.
