Whole treatment felt extremely rushed - the man doing my nails was rushing out the door as soon as he finished and I had to say that he had got a lot of polish on my fingers and the ends of my nails left very rough which they did then fix by filing.

Gone downhill. Waxing was awful - painful, unpleasant and not thorough. Wanting extra money for everything. Used to be a great place but I won’t be going again
