I usually really enjoy going to USA Nails but the last time I went my manicure was of very poor quality. It chipped within hours of getting it done. Additionally, the staff appeared to have double or over booked the place so it was hectic and staff were not concentrating on their clients properly. I was quite disappointed.
Today I have left your salon as a very unhappy customer.
I have been coming to your salon for the past three years, this will be the second time I would have left feeling unhappy about the service I have received.
After making an appointment online through treatwell as I normal do, for a Hollywood wax for Tuesday 27th December at 11.30am, I received an email and a text to confirm my appointment and that you would be seeing me at 11.30am. I arrived at the salon with 5min to spear to be informed that the beautician wasn’t in today and if I could rebook my appointment. I was a bit upset as I had already traveled 30min to get to your salon as I don’t live in the area. You rebooked my appointment for today (Wednesday 28th December) at 10am, I traveled the 30min to your salon to be informed that the beautician wasn’t in and if I could come back in a few hours. By this point I was feeling very embarrassed, the lady was talking to me across the salon in front of about 5 other customers what type of waxing I was having and if I could come back, which I thought it was really unprofessional. There was no apology or offer of compensation, you had my number and email from the booking that I made, so I’m not sure why no one phoned or emailed me to inform me that they had to cancel my booking or weather I could change the time of my appointment. For me I feel the service I received today was poor and at the moment I wouldn’t recommend you salon to people.
