Booked an appointment for 18:35 - arrived on time and told to pick my preferred colour. Waited for over half an hour and was still not seen. Another client arrived who had an appointment at 20:15 and was seen immediately. I was then only seen once I questioned this with the manager who lied to me saying the women had rang first - the lady questioned confirmed she hadn't. This salon cannot cope with a booking system as they never turn away walk ins and have to for of organisation.
