Was seen straight away however that's where things went down hill, the gentleman doing my nails cut 3 of my cuticles (which are now really painful) drawing blood in the process and the acrylics themselves were bumpy, uneven and someone had to correct a couple for me. Some are still really thick in areas and thin at other points. Absolutely unacceptable for the price paid. I'm not sure whether this was the individual operator as everyone else seemed pleased and their nails were lovely.

I don't use any other salon as these guys are fantastic! I've had a mix of staff and all have been extremely friendly, professional, and very capable. My only issue is sometimes you can end up waiting past your appointment time so I've learned not to try and schedule in a rushed appointment. But overall I'm a very happy customer!
