This is my local salon and I'm so disappointed that it's gone so downhill recently. They let anyone sit and wait regardless of whether they have an appointment which means if you do have an appointment they make you wait along with everyone else.
When I arrived the receptionist told me she was the only person that could do waxing and I'd have to wait until she'd finished the nails she was doing. I then realised that she had only just started so I was waiting for 20 minutes before another lady came over to take me downstairs. When we got down there she clearly didn't know what she was doing and was trying to spread the wax while it was rock hard. This is probably the worst bikini wax I've ever had as it was meant to be a hollywood and even after I pointed out the missing hairs, she still didn't do a good job. I was also extremely sore afterwards as she'd used wax which wasn't ready and had to go over parts so many times. I used to be a regular here for both nails and waxing but definitely won't be returning.

I had booked a nail overlay treatment. I was advised to have shellac instead. I followed the advice. When I went to pay I was told it was more expensive than the treatment I had booked originally. I'm very happy with the nails but if they advice you of a different treatment then perhaps a heads up if there is a price difference? Shellac only took 30 mins and the nails look great. I will definitely go back.

Seemed like mostly known for nails. Wax was pretty good. I wasnt Impressed by the massage.
