There was not a seat for my manicure even though I had booked ahead so I was sat in a pedicure chair for most of the appointment. I was also uncomfortable they used the electric buffer to take off the previous shellac as it is made my nails very thin now, they should have been more patient and waited for it to soak off. For the cost of the manicure you cannot complain too much though.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't have to wait - one of the member's greeted me and started the procedure. It was reasonably quick as well and quality of work is really good.
