I have visited USA Nails in the past and each time found the staff to be incredibly rude- a factor that has put off two of my housemates from returning.
However, for convenience I decided to book for treatments again- for the last time, I might add.
The shellac on my toes was fine however when it came to my gel nails, the technician was incredibly rude when I asked for the nails to be slightly more round, as requested. After much rushing from her part, my nails now have multiple bubbles all over them and having complained about this at the time, she told me it was 'fine' and they'd dry out, which they haven't.
It's a shame because this salon has such a great location however I won't be coming again.
