APPALLED!!!!!! I have used this salon for around 18months and have never had a problem, in fact I've recommended to all of my friends who now also use them too.
I called to change an appointment I had made as I just couldn't attend. I was told to call back in an hour, fine. Called back in an hour to be told it's not possible to change and I should phoneTW for a refund. In all honesty, the money is not my concern, I'm angry and disappointed that I've received such awful customer service from what is clearly a new member of staff in a venue I spend a lot of money with each month - plus the countless recommendations I have made! Not ok. I strongly advise improving your customer service before you lose good and loyal customers.
