The shellac nail manicure was done by an inexperienced nail technician who rushed the job. There appeared to be tiny bubbles on some of my nails. She did not bother to file down my nail extension on my thumb which appeared to be ridiculously thick. She also didn't bother to file all my nails to the same size so they were all different sized and I had to ask another nail technician to file it down to the right size. The salon could be more clean, quite a lot of nail chippings on the floor...the staff in general could understand a little english. It was quite difficult to communicate with my nail technician as she could hardly understand a word I was saying. My friend had her acrylic nails done by another nail technician who was far more experienced. I feel like it was a hit and miss with this one as it depends on the nail technician.

I really need to stop coming here. Their organisation is terrible, waiting for almost 40 minutes for my booked appointment with no reason given. The nail varnish selection is awful all options are so old and the pedicure itself was rushed. Good value for money but overall an awful experience.

Manicure itself was good. However, I had booked a time but they were clearly trying to do as many walk ins as possible meaning I was waiting 25 minutes before they even started my manicure. They then didn't have my first or second choice of shellac colour so I had to have a colour I didn't want all that much! Manicure itself is well done and has lasted nicely so I'll probably go back as they're open late in the week.

Always a long wait even though I booked. At least 15 minutes which is not great. Also would have liked more work done on my cuticles around the toe nail. They do look very nice though, not sure how long the actual pedicure will last however.
