The appointment was nearly half an hour after the booked time, I was then taken to one room with one lady and then asked to move to another room. Throughout the whole time they were talking loudly to each other and not paying attending. They also spilt wax on my shorts and my sandals. The wax was also incredibly hot and so I had to ask them to stop in the end. Never had such a bad experience.

Went for a leg wax and Brazilian - leg wax was brilliant, very efficient and well done.
Bikini wax was a different story, lots of hair and wax left. Good thing I'm not shy as another lady walked in on my treatment and stayed for the duration of my skin wax chatting away to my therapist! and not in english so i felt a little insecure that i couldn't understand what they were laughing about while my legs were in the air!! I would return for a simple leg wax but there was no attention paid to my bikini wax.

Despite the fact that this salon is definitely lacking in cleanliness (the pedicure chair I was in had the previous client's pedicure 'leftovers' all on the floor) and the fact they flooded the area and soaked my bag, the actual nails they gave me were really nice! if you are looking for good nails and don't mind about the salon itself, then worth the money.
