Disappointing wax despite good experience there before. Paid for hot wax bikini but therapist had to remove madly applied hot wax with strips which was very painful and doesn't normally happen. Also quite a bit of sticky wax left on legs afterwards.

I arrived at 10:00 and they had just opened. The man at the front was very accommodating and helpful. He helped me choose colors and did an amazing job on both my shellac pedicure and manicure. Going early was a definite plus as usually they are too busy.

No staff when we arrived therefore waited half hour.
Pedi took 20mins, was completely rushed! Slapped on moisturiser with no massage.
Main lady was very rude and barely looked at you when speaking to you.
Still charged full price even though we patiently waited 1/2hr after booked time.
will not return.

We were kept waiting for half an hour then rushed through the treatment. It lasted 20mins instead of an hour and there was no massage. Customer service was not good, they had clearly overbooked. Still had to pay full price when treatment was cut in half!
