Does what it says on the label. After reading mixed reviews I have it a go. Had to wait a bit before I was seen but still completed within the time slot. Shellac manicure has lasted well. Will go back purely for the cheap good nails but not for atmosphere or interaction with the staff

I had a gel manicure and I'm afraid it was pretty bad. They filed the top of my nail so much that even with the shellac on top my nails are bendy and have subsequently broken. They did minimal cuticle work with no oil or pushing back. No soak or cleaning under the nails.
The Hollywood hot wax was substandard with 50% of the time being spent actually using strip wax. I still had hairs left.
I used to think this place was good valve, not perfect but good value. The last couple of visits have just been a waste of money. Sorry.
