I would highly discourage anyone from using this salon. There are so many better priced, better value services in the surrounding area.
I've been here twice and have had the following treatments: eyelash extensions, shellac & full set of gel nail extensions. Each treatment has been a complete disaster.
Eyelash Extensions - dangerous, ineffective & a complete rip-off:
They clearly had never done eyelash extensions before - the lady got glue in my eye and spent two hours placing about 5 lashes on each eye which had fallen out before I got home from the salon. They charged £60 for this service. I was going on holiday for two weeks that day so I couldn't go back into the salon to complain but it was a complete & utter rip off and very disappointing - not to mention dangerous and painful!
Treatwell Bias:
The staff seem to always have an issue with anyone that has booked through Treatwell. Both times I've been here they shouted across the salon to each other in a different language while pointing at me to discuss what package I'd booked - rude and embarrassing. I booked the 'ombre' manicure. When I got in they told me that they couldn't do this treatment and that I had to pay more for a different treatment.
Nail Extensions: painful, tacky and so thick:
Finally, I decided to go for the normal nail extension set. While the girl who did my nails was lovely and tried her best, I have come out with nails so thick and badly painted. She pulled and tugged them so roughly that they were sore for two days after. I will have to book a new appointment today to get them removed just two days later.
Overall a very very disappointing experience and a complete waste of time & money.

Lovely clean place, however when I arrived know one was on the front desk therefore I had to wait. Then I was told to sit down on a bench full of other women waiting about 15 minutes later I was asked what I'm here to do then I was taken downstairs. The treatment was well down however the staff and how they worked let it down a little bit

The staff were friendly although a little aloof. I was left sitting for half an hour without anyone coming over to check if my nails were dry. The pedicure was fine but my manicure was chipping within 24 hours of my apointment.

I arrived and they had electrical issues, they tried to solve it by driving myself and 2 other costumers on the salon that they have in battersea.. until that moment everything was great, when we arrived obviously was super crowd, they informed me that I shouldn't have come because they don't do waxing and asked me to get back to the first salon.. I had to walk 30 mnts to get back.. I didn't wait, the results aren't amazing, the all prosidure was very rushed, and the waxing area didn't look completed a hygine srandards at least for me.. I spent 2 hours in total for a 30mnts job.
