The lady on the front desk is not friendly but the staff who do the treatments are really great and do a fantastic job.

I pre-booked the appointment ages ago and they were half an hour late to see me. They staff would leave in the middle of the manicure and pedicure to talk to new customers walking in. Overall the experience wasn't good and I won't be going back.

Dont expect outstanding customer service and even if you book an appointment, you generally end up waiting in a queue for 15/20 minutes. It does the job though! Cleanliness could be better in pedicure area.
