I have written separately about this but I will say it again - I booked a massage and when I arrived for my appointment after a long walk, I was informed that as I had booked on the same day, I could not have a massage as 'you have to give us more than a day's notice'. Not made clear when booking on the app or otherwise. Thoroughly disappointed re what happened but also the service in that regard. The least they could have offered was a further discounted treatment or something else for that day. Nothing sincere about the apology given. Would never go here again.
