I got to be seen on time, staff helpful, and did a very good job! The nails lasted long, and they had lot of varieties of colours!

The gel manicure was done badly. Edges were messy and not sealed properly so had to ask the lady to fix them. The lady then just bodged them up and they now look messy. Pedicure wasn't great either. My feet are still feeling very tough with hard skin on the heels. Last time I had a pedicure here they did a much better job and my feet were so the smoothest they had ever been. Disappointed as the lace seems to be going down hill. Too rushed as trying to squeeze too many customers in at one time.

Overall the result of the treatments was very good, however they were a couple of problems that I encountered. I booked my appointment for a specific time and that wasn't followed through on, I just had to wait for someone to be available. Secondly, choosing a colour was a bit of a nightmare - there were loads of options but for different types of manicures and no guidance was given about which polishes could be used for shellac resulting in having to change colour when I finally seen.
