The staff are efficient and accurate at their job. Their English can be very poor so they speak to each other in Chinese and it can often come across as gossip which I found rather uncomfortable. That aside it's great value for money.

I will come back, but there are areas in which I think they could improve. I liked the cuticle work, the paint job, and the massage chairs. The place is fairly clean. The people are all nice enough. On the other hand, my Treatwell booking didn't show on their system (not their fault), and as such my wax was rescheduled. I had to pay for parking and time is scarce, so it was a pain to come back 2 days later to receive the wax. The wax was HOT HOT HOT! I'd never been so sore from a wax before! For the pedicure, she didn't work on my calluses as much as I wanted her to. I will come back for pedicures and probably manicures, but not for waxing. Prices are overall quite fair.
