I had to wait more than 30 minutes to have my manicure. Then a other 30minute to start my pédicure! The place was crowded. No one was telling me how long and I would have to wait.

I had to wait 35mins after my appointment time until I was seen and my shellac manicure was then so rushed and finished in 25mins. It looks lovely but not sure it is going to last very long.
