It is the second time I have booked with USA nails and had to wait about 45 minutes even though I had a specific reservation time. The treatment was great but I don't know if it's worth the stress. It is the second time I've had to wait excessively and it is something that needs to be sorted out.

Lady that did my nails seemed inexperienced, zero communication skills, and did not do a great job. I've been before but this was the worst experience so far, hope it was a one-off thing

Thorough pedicure and the nails look great!
The venue could do with a clean, it's looking a little shabby, but for £17.60 - you can't go wrong really.
