Nail painting not neat and I had to wait 30min for appointment

Very disappointed, the lady was a trainee and had no experience. I had to talk her through every step - she was too frightened to use the cuticle clippers and so I was left having to do one hand myself. She couldn't speak any English. Absolute shambles - waiting 25 mins before I was even seen and was there for a whole 2.30 hours.
I don't think it is fair to put trainees with no experience in front of clients - it is awkward for the client and the employee.

Went for an underarm wax which took place in one of their basement treatment rooms, which was not the cleanest of places & quite tired feeling / almost fright - and just outside the room a load of laundry was hanging up to dry + piles of dirty towels. That said the nail bar upstairs has a nice, busy ambience and completely different so maybe it is just other treatments... The beautician was good and did a good job- I was happy with the price too for a hot wax.
