I visited the salon and one of the staff asked what the appointment was for but didn't have my name checked. Called into the room and the therapist did the wax but it was the most painful wax I have ever had. As I left no one checked I had paid in advance.

The result of my pedicure could have been better but it is noteworthy that the staff is careful and welcoming. At the end of the appointment I had to show my Treatwell email to prove I paid which was a bit embarassing since network did not work.It seems they could not know it by themselves.
