I love this place but unfortunately not all the staff are pleasant. The lady who spoke to me on the phone was unbelievably rude and lacked any sense of customer service. I was running 4 minutes late and she spent the whole time shouting at me like I was a child and telling me things she shouldn't have been sharing with a customer. Sounded like she was having a bad day and took it out on a customer.
