I do not recommend, especially if you book through the Treatwell app. My massage was not great (done by a junior therapist) and was only 40 mins instead of an hour. I asked for a partial refund but they refused because I booked through Treatwell and they had “already paid Treatwell the commission fee” (which obviously is irrelevant and unfair). They only offered a discount if I pay for another treatment but I don’t want to come back after my experience. Terrible customer service, I would avoid.

I’m disappointed. I’ve been coming to the salon for nearly 3 years and today my eyebrows don’t look any different to when I came in, they aren’t very tidy at all.
