I was really looking forward to my visit but was so disappointed. Upon arrival, I was repeatedly asked to cancel the booking and pay direct which made me uncomfortable. I booked a 60 min massage however it ended at 45 mins - when I raised this, I was told an hour had passed, it had not. During the massage (done with latex gloves - thankfully no allergies) I was covered with a blanket (doubt this is changed per client) rather than fresh towels so couldn’t wipe off the oil before getting dressed.

Small room with no AC or background music, the bin was full, overflowing. Thought my skin will rip off together with that wax. Uncomfortable narrow bed with some plastic on top and paper towel on top of the plastic. After waxing I was offered to use one of the lotion that were on the table for the aftercare which looked quite outdated. Would not visit again, nor recommend to someone.
One nice thing from that experience was Receptionist - very lovely girl.
