1st visit - wax and eyebrow threading. Staff were polite, and threading was fine. However, the wax was very painful and felt like my skin was being pulled off. No soothing cream was applied, and my skin was dry and peeling the next day!

I had a very pleasant wax (as pleasant as it can get at the very least). She was very careful to not miss any hair and was great at taking my mind off the pain. Very happy with the results and will definitely go back.
