The staff does not seem sufficiently skilled to perform the service to the expected standards. During my shellac manicure with removal, the technician was unable to properly remove my previous shellac colour, and the manicure itself was poorly executed. I was dissatisfied with the result and decided not to proceed with the colouring. I will now need to visit another technician to have it corrected.
