Great experience. The lady doing my pedicure was very caring and checked in with me throughout the treatment. The tools were also clean and sterilised.

The team were lovely and welcoming, which makes me feel quite sad leaving this review, but unfortunately the treatments themselves were really disappointing. I booked in for nail care without polish, sadly, my cuticles were cut far too aggressively, with several fingers bleeding, and I was left with lots of rough cuticle edges afterwards. The nail shaping was also quite poor. I don’t doubt they care about their customers, but unfortunately the quality just isn’t there.

The staff was friendly but unfortunately my shellac manicure didn’t last a week. I went back and they offered to redo it which was very kind and professional.
