Great brow appointment at Ugly Duckling. Got a lovely coffee while I was waiting and the staff were extremely friendly and chatty, my beautician knew exactly what she was doing with my brows - only criticism was she shaped them slightly thinner than I had asked for.

these guys are fantastic, not only did my eyelashes look amazing last time I had it done (I got loads of compliments) but for one appt I was very ill and they kindly enough allowed for me to rearrange as a one off despite being later than their policy. thank you, 10/10 place. will be back!
