Lovely friendly staff, really inviting environment which was so cosy and warm after walking in the cold, very forgiving even though I arrived 15 mins late after getting lost finding the place, really well done wax with hot wax and not chemical strip wax, good technique and even a cute aftercare sheet to take home

I had better expectations of the treatment. From reviews and images online my eyelashes look nothing like that. It just looks like someone's curled my eyelashes quite hard from the tips. The only thing this treatment has done is lifted them not lengthened or left volumised. I would not consider getting this treatment done in the future or maybe I've gone to the wrong place.
