I was really impressed with the shape of my eyebrows - they're now more like twins than sisters! Tint was a tiny bit dark but always is and will fade. Really friendly staff and nice cool room set back from the street so no-one peering in!

I turned up and there were 3 girls on reception, and when they announced it was for a Shellac removal and asked one of the girls to do it, she replied somewhere along the lines of "great - I have to do Shellac removal on one of the hottest days of the year". Wasn't exactly a great way to start my treatment and naturally I felt self-conscious and put off by that remark. While I can't say anything bad about the treatment, I expected better customer service.
