I had to reschedule due to work coming in and I felt as I got the treatment on offer the woman on the phone was quite rude and unhelpful when I was trying to rearrange. However the staff were lovely when I went in to get my treatment and the girl who treated me was friendly, professional and skilled. I am very pleased with my treatment and it was great value for money.

So happy to see UG'a new place. From a small spot inside a gym 4 years ago to a fully fleged shop with a modern chic interior - well done Monique. I have been and will definitely be foing back again and again!
