I had the xmas offer - hollywood plus underarms. Both were done wonderfully, the beautician is very gentle! However, i would have liked to have been plucked after, as i found some stray hairs once i got home. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Lovely staff who welcomed me, offered me a drink and were very friendly throughout. Great value for money also, and easy location to get to (bus stop is right next to the shop) . I hope to be coming back again soon! Also, you should check out their memberships on the website - brilliant deals!

Monique was fabulous as always. She's always so lovely and chatty and I've had so many compliments on my eyebrows (less so my eyelashes, but that's because they look like my unusual mascara but with zero effort!). The new premises are great too! :)
