I had my first brazilian wax - or any kind of wax! - here 16/12/14. I was recommended Ugly Duckling by a friend and I'm so glad I went! The beautician was warm and friendly, and though I was initially nervous she was brilliant and put me right at ease. We had a laugh and she even gave me a 'vagazzle'... something special for the first timers! I was so apprehensive as it was my first time but I came out of there with the biggest smile on my face and surprisingly no redness or pain! I know that depends on skin sensitivity but I'm so pleased and so is my fella! I'll be coming back soon! Thank you!

Ugly Duckling provided me with the best salon experience I've had for a very long time. The shop is clean, warm and welcoming. The service provided is of top class, and Monique will stop at nothing to make you feel comfortable. 11/10!
