Had a spa weekend with my friend. The atmosphere and facilities are very good, close to train station too. We were on time for all the treatments, however, had to wait for quite a while before actually getting them. The treatment room was a little cold. The quality of treatments are not bad.

Easy parking too.

A lovely spa with a relaxed feel. I use the gym and pool regularly; encouraged to do so as so close to the station and the town centre, not an effort to get there, plenty of local parking. Staff are friendly and helpful. Quiet and peaceful. I have yet to sample the treatments.

I WAS NERVOUS ABOUT HAVING THE TREATMENT PURELY BECAUSE I HAD NEVER HAD A FULL BODY MASSAGE OR A HOT STONE MASSAGE BEFORE. THE THERAPIST CHLOE WAS EXCELLENT AND VERY CALMING. THE TREATMENT WAS AMAZING AND VERY RELAXING - I WAS HAVING THE HOT STONE MASSAGE AS I HAD HEARD IT CAN HELP WITH INSOMNIA . WELL IT WORKED I SLEPT LIKE A BABY THAT NIGHT FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MONTHS. I WOULD THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND...I JUST NEED TO PERSUADE MY HUSBAND TO TAKE THE PLUNGE!

The staff doing the massage and facial were fab. Both treatments were lovely.
The facilities were ok but the pool and Jacuzzi were cold and the sauna was not working. The receptionist did not speak or understand much English which made it a bit tough. Also we thought the facial was expensive.
But overall it was a good experience.
