The spa was lovely but the sauna and steam room could have been warmer and have more steam, others there said the same. The heated pool was not heated it was freezing but it was beautifully set out. The treatments especially the massage done by the guy were amazing. We would definitely be going back but only for the day to use the spa and not the hotel, as it was very dated not the best quality.

We had a lovely morning at the spa - there was a little confusion about what shoes we had to bring with us but the staff were helpful. The spa was quiet and we were well looked after, and were able to upgrade some of our treatments as they had availability. For what we paid I think it was good value and I would go back.

This is the first spa day I have had and it was amazing I can't wait to go back again, the facilities are lovely ,relaxing and extremely clean, the treatments are excellent value but the most important thing for me are the staff , we was made to feel very welcome and all the staff are very friendly and helpful can't rate them highly enough , thank you for a lovely day .
