Therapist was friendly but i only receive half an hour treatment when i paid for 55mins. My treatment was late by 15 mins..it started at 12.15pm instead of 12pm and finish at 12 45pm. Treatment was good but not happy about the duration its a rip off. Treatment quite pricy and only receive 30 mins.

Great to have all the facilities to ourselves as it was very quiet but had it been busier there weren't many areas to chill out. Booked this as a spa break package but only had access for 2 hours on day of arrival ano access following which is very unusual for spa break package
everything you could of done bettter the music in the spa was too loud, the sream room wasnt working the day we went no sign on door to say it was broken. The water machine the water was coming out hot. i thought they provided slippers but only bath robe. all the pictures on the website look really posh but it really isnt. dont think i would recommend it.

The whole experience was lovely. All the staff were very friendly and the treatments were so relaxing and worth having done. It is definitely a spa i would recommend and would visit again in the near future.
