She was calm and professional throughout, which really helped me feel at ease, especially as a first-timer. I also appreciated the after-care advice she offered; it made me feel like she truly cares about her clients beyond just the appointment. She’s so good at what she does — I’ve definitely found my go-to waxing lady!

The salon is always clean, calming, and welcoming. Nancy’s incredibly friendly and makes every visit a relaxing experience. I always leave happy with her work, and she offers great aftercare advice. On this visit, I even stayed for waxing, and it was fantastic! Next time, I’ll be trying her LVL lash lift. Highly recommend Nancy for her professionalism and amazing services!
