Nancy never fails in making my eyebrows look the best. I've even started taking my daughter there and she's the most fussiest person ever but she absolutely loves going to get her eyebrows done by Nancy. Cannot fault her. She listens and understands what is wanted rather than what the therapist thinks you want, which is something that has sadly become a rarity amongst some beauty therapists these days. Nancy is the best!
