Great Haircut! First time ever my 4year old daughter was happy having her hair done, she loved every minute of it! And especially the Aquarium.

This was the third haircut we've done at Trotters - King's Rd, and this was the last time we went there.
The first time was great, the hairstylist has done excellent job, was very attentive and careful. Her name was Tigen.
The next two times we had different hairstylists and both of their works were average.
Why do you hire people who cant deliver at your prime shop?
We definitely do not come back anymore.
We expect great service and not smth average or below average.
