Ana was great
But also in the shoe section. I dont know their names, a young black female and a blonde young staff member were very very helpful. Great experience for my boy who has specific requirements for shoes. The young black female who served us consulted a specialist and helped professionally and courtesously to identify the right trainers.

Ana cut Matilda’s hair once before and although we have been back to Trotters a few times it’s never been as good as Ana has done it. Again she cut Matilda’s hair beautifully, thank you
