I had a scheduled appointment, stylist did not turn up. But what was more disappointing to me us the staff that were there. Was just inconsiderate when they could se there was an issue saying “WELL, WILL HAVE TO REBOOK”. Which upset me more than anything. I had that appointment because I had an event. I then had to rush out to find somewhere else. Because the remaining staff couldn’t be bothered ! It’s a shame really, because it WAS once a very nice place to come to.
