I treated myself to a hot stone massage and a facial. Both were amazing and I felt like I was floating on air afterwards. The only negative was the pounding music from the gym which didn't really make for a relaxing atmosphere every time the mood music stopped 😂

Have to admit, I had my reservations about trying a new hair stylist for personal reason, but was made to feel really comfortable reducing anxiety. The new hairstyle is absolutely amazing, definitely what I needed.
