I booked through the old app so when I got to Tranquility I was not booked in. Karen quickly stepped in to put a gel polish on my toenails. I didn’t get the full manicure, but Karen filed and buffed my nails as she only had a half hour slot. I was more than happy with this as the polish was the most important to me. Thanks so much Karen and Tranquility.
