I was booked in for a Balayage on Saturday 29th. My hair was already partly blonde and ideally I needed it to be evened out a little more. The service wasn’t worth £90. The balayage itself would’ve cost £70. I was charged an extra £20 for some toner to be added which didn’t do anything. I don’t believe I had £90 worth of a service and could’ve gone somewhere else for a lot cheaper and for more to be done with my hair.
