Upon arrival it seemed that the person who I was booked to do my haircut was already colouring someone else’s hair, maybe my experience would have been better if it was him who cut it. Only one english speaking worker who had to translate what I wanted to the stylist. Asked for a trim and soft front waves, only did a wet cut so when it’s dry it’s super choppy and not uniform. The front “layers” are horrible. Completely ruined my hair and used a straightener with no heat protection!

Everyone at the salon was AMAZING!! So profesional, talented kind, warm and friendly. This had become my go to hairdressers in London. Amazing value for money and honestly a joy to be there. Thank you all!
