Happy with my haircut. Toner was perfectly fine but application felt harsh, toner was splashing all over the place. The conditioning treatment isn't Olaplex as advertised, my hair feels hydrated though. I had a man instead of Isabella who was booked.

I showed her a picture of what i wanted, but she ended up cutting it different length , it was quite different from what i wanted ! i wanted it to be longer like in the picture i showed her but she didn’t ask me what length she should be cutting!
