Lottie was very kind and welcoming from the start. I needed an emergency haircut and felt very insecure, however, Lottie helped me out a lot and I left the salon feeling very happy and confident. Actual magician, thank you x
I had my hair cut by Kayci who was absolutely lovely and so knowledgable. She noticed I had wavy hair and instantly gave me product recommendations as well as what kind of cut would look best which was incredibly helpful. Could not recommend her enough!
Came back to the Putney branch after getting a good cut from Christophe around a year ago, thinking this time I’d like to go from long to short. I left delighted with a carefully thought-through feminine pixie cut that feels much more ‘me’. Very pleasant and comfortable experience from greeting through wash, cut and dry to goodbye. The staff were efficient, courteous, genuine, and they listened. Christophe again took the time to understand my thoughts and feelings about my hair as part of my identity, taking into account my lifestyle and care routines, and surprised me with a fabulous and apparently effortless cut I feel great with. ‘Proper’ haircuts are an occasional luxury item for me but this I could get used to!
The ambiance was exceptional, creating a top-notch experience. A special thanks to Lottie for her outstanding service—she not only provides expert consultations but also keeps the experience engaging and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning!
Lisa has been doing my hair for a few years and she always does it exactly how I want! I go for a lived in blonde look and she does an amazing job, no complaints! Would definitely recommend to a friend :)
