What happened was scandalous. I went to the salon asking for someone expert in curls, because I was experiencing a problem with some portions of hair who became totally flat and straight. They suggested to do a perm on those portions of hair. I was quite happy to have found a solution. It seemed to be working. But.. when they dried my hair I noticed the difference was minimal and the hair was worse than before. To mask it, they put tons and tons of products and made my hair all cakey and seemed like they were all wet. But it was clear that those portions of hair were still flat. I attached a photo of my hair naturally dried.... Totally flat ! I paid in total 93 pounds for a cut and that little perm that didn't even work.
Ps when I came to book at the salon I was told my hairdresser would have 'curly hair herself and her children too' therefore ' a real expert'. When I actually asked, I was told this wasn't even the truth.
Loss of money and big disappointment. Not recommended
