Kayci is great. She’s so lovely and friendly and very technical when it comes to cutting hair. She really spends time understanding what you want and is great at giving tips and suggestions. Highly recommend xx

Booked this on the same afternoon but when I arrived, was told the stylist I'd booked wasn't qualified to cut short hair and my only option was to either cancel or go with the more experienced, more expensive stylist - with no Treatwell discount. Was told that only a 'long hair' appointment would have been available when I booked but am pretty sure this wasn't made clear. So, to be frank, felt a bit conned. The senior stylist was good but it cost me £30 more than I had been prepared to pay.
