Kayci was just wonderful!! Gorgeous blow dry and such a lovely experience with her. I’ll defo come back for her!! My only complaint was that there was an older staff member being quite rude and condescending to the more junior associates. I felt quite uncomfortable with her attitude towards them who are clearly just learning - I thought she was snappy, miserable and demanding. As a customer, I don’t need or want to hear your staff getting bossed around
